Originally designed as accommodation for a recording studio, but later changed to high-end tourism property. Eighteen bed and bath rooms with main Master suite at the upper level with communal living, dining and kitchen facilities within an eighty by forty foot timber structure built in South America, deconstructed and re-erected on site.
